Long-term rental of apartments
We offer long-term rental of new apartments, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, for a companies and their managers at favorable prices, depending on the length of the rental. When renting for six months or more, the price per apartment is 1200 Euros (without VAT) per month.

UNIQUE CONCEPT
We do not condition the rental on consumption, but we allow tenants to bring their own drinks, snacks and food or to order catering, while we leave a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with the necessary inventory at their disposal. The dining room with kitchen is part of the salon area. As a bonus, you have a high-quality coffee machine at your disposal, on which you can prepare coffee yourself during the entire rental period.
